Classes

             We offer classes in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Mat Pilates & Body Sculpt,

Please take note that Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am Mild Yoga class is limited to four participants and reservation is required

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA - This is an ancient system of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois from the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. Wherein, the teacher will give you certain poses to practice each time you go to class, and will let you know when you are ready to move to the next pose, or add a few more poses. This practice produce intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that makes the body free of disease, light and strong body, and a calm mind. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is either taught in MYSORE or LED style.

Ashtanga MYSORE Class - Where everyone do their own pace. Ideal for beginners and for those who have been practicing for a long time.

Ashtanga LED Class - Where the class practices at the same pace as the teacher gives instruction to the whole group. Not recommended to first timer.

Beginner’s ASHTANGA Led - This is designed for beginners who want to learn the basic aspects of  Ashtanga VinyasaYoga. This class is taught in its traditional sequence of postures.

Gentle Yoga - a great introduction for people who are starting with yoga and those who have special concerns, also perfect for people who are practicing for a long time and wants to take their practice into a gentler and softer pace. This focuses on slow and gentle stretching, strengthening and deep breathing.

Gentle Yogilates - a blend of Gentle Yoga and Gentle Pilates. A perfect combination of Yoga and Pilates in a gentler pace. This focuses on gentle Asana (poses), deep breathing and CORE (abdominal, oblique, lower back, and thighs) strengthening.

Mat Pilates & Body sculpt - Mat Pilates focuses on core muscle strength and spinal alignment while body sculpt focuses on entire body training with the use of bands and balls. This strength training workout improves flexibility, strength, and body awareness, without necessarily building bulk.

Mild Yoga for People with Special Concerns -  This is the ideal class for people who are advanced in age, pregnant, hypertensive, arthritic and other special health concerns.  This type of Yoga is slow-paced with modified poses. This class is limited to four participants and reservation is required.     

 

Rates

Drop In: P300

10 Sessions: P2,500 (good for 3 months)

20 Sessions: P4,000 (good for 3 months)

 

Mild Yoga: P800 per session or 10 sessions for 5,000.

 

Private sessions:

Private sessions inside the studio: P1,500 maximum of 5 students (P300/additional person)
Package of 5 Private sessions inside the studio: P6,250 maximum of 5 students (P300/additional person)           -valid for 2 months

Private sessions off-studio: P2,000 maximum of 5 students (P400/additional person)
Package of 5 Private sessions off-studio: P8,750 maximum of 5 students (P400/additional person)                       -valid for 2 months

 

Guidelines

1. Be early for class (As being late will disrupt the flow of the class).

2. First come, first served. (Studio might get full at any time; people who are early will definitely have the chance to participate).

3. Turn off your cell phones and if possible better not to bring it in the studio.

4. Avoid chatting, yawning, and checking your cell phones during the class.

5. If you have any health concern (pregnancy, illness, injury or medical condition), or even if you are menstruating please notify your teacher before class. Not every pose is appropriate for everyone.

6. Please stay for the entire duration of the class. If you need to leave early, tell the teacher beforehand and exit before final relaxation.

7. Come to practice with an empty stomach or eat 4 hours before you practice. Drink plenty of water before (1-2 hours prior) and after practice to be well hydrated. Drinking during practice is not recommended.

8. Try to practice at your own pace. Do not compete with others.

9. Prepare to sweat. Please bring a large towel or a yoga blanket. If you do sweat a lot, bring an extra towel.

10. Bring your own mat. (We have extra mats for use, but they are primarily for first timer students. We recommend, for your own personal hygiene, that you purchase your own mat. Having your own mat is a commitment to your practice).

Mild Yoga for People with Special Concerns Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8am.

This is the ideal class for people who are advanced in age, pregnant, hypertensive, arthritic and other  special health concerns.  This type of Yoga is slow-paced with modified poses. This class is limited to four participants and reservation is required. Fee is P800 per session or a 10-session package for 5,000. Doctor's clearance and advanced payment (1 week before participating) are required before joining this class. 


Pilates Every Friday 5:45pm is now Saturday 10:45am.
